Technical request data is processed to deliver and secure the site. Optional audience measurement is used to understand readership and improve NexaRig. Optional advertising measurement is used to assess campaign results and support the publication's economic model.
Recipients and international transfers
Access is limited to the publisher and providers that need information for an identified purpose. Current providers may include Cloudflare, Google, Meta and TikTok. Their processing and any international transfers are governed by their applicable terms, privacy notices and safeguards.
Retention
NexaRig will keep personal data only for defined periods connected to each purpose, then delete or anonymise it where appropriate. Security logs, contact messages, newsletter records, consent evidence and analytics data may require different periods.
Your rights
The final notice will explain the rights available under the law applicable to the reader and the publisher. Depending on that law and the processing involved, these may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and the right to contact a supervisory authority.
Any request process will be designed to be clear and accessible, without requiring more information than is reasonably needed to verify and answer the request.
Privacy contact
A dedicated privacy contact and, where applicable, data-protection officer details will be published before personal data is collected through the production site.
